Steven D. Wilschetz, President
Steven received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Kansas State University in 1982 and has worked in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since that time. In addition to the experience he has accumulated over his thirty plus years in the commercial/residential landscape construction and management business, for eight of those years he was also employed as a commercial property manager for two of the then largest real estate companies in the Metroplex, namely the Trammel Crow Company and Prentiss Properties. His knowledge of both the real estate service industry and the landscape management field is the base by which Superior Landscapes has successfully grown since his purchase of the company in 2001.
Raymond C. Harvey, Vice-President
Since moving to Dallas in 1984 Ray has successfully established and developed two commercial service oriented businesses including Starlight Cleaning which he founded in 1985. Together with Superior Landscapes the companies form a "bundle of services" that is offered to the commercial property manager or owner. The product of this business model means tighter control by ownership of these individual services but more importantly the effect is simply defined as a superior service, provided by a superior team with superior results.
Daniel T. Rolf, Quality Control Supervisor
Danny first attended the University of Minnesota before graduating from St. Cloud State University in Mennesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He has been involved in both the commercial and residential landscape management fields for over 30 years. Danny served on all of the Board of Director’s positions for the organization formerly known as the Texas Association of Landscape Contractors (now the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association), culminating as the statewide President in 1993 & 1993. He has successfully fulfilled all of the requirements as a Certified Landscape Professional charter member and he also currently holds a license as a Commercial Chemical Applicator in the state of Texas. Danny’s responsibility at Superior Landscapes, first and foremost, is to provide unprecedented quality and service to our Customer as it relates directly to the field operations of landscape maintenance.
David J. Windley, Marketing
David earned his Bachelor of Marketing from Dallas Baptist University in 2010. Since his previous experience in the real estate arena as a licensed real estate agent he has successfully transitioned into a marketing position with Superior Landscapes. David is actively involved in the Dallas and Fort Worth Building Owners and Managers Association chapters, the Young Professionals organization within BOMA as well as the Institute of Real Estate Management chapters of Dallas and Fort Worth. David’s responsibilities included working closely with property managers and property owners to ensure proactive communications and the absolute highest quality customer service provided in the industry.
